HOW TO ORDER / CHECKOUT


There are 5 easy steps to place your order:

1. Login as member / guest

Login your registered account before ordering. If you do not have any account yet, you may register a new account or make order as guest. You may get more benefits after become our member.

2. Shopping cart

Browse your favorite item then click "Add to cart" button. Your selected items will automatically add to the shopping cart. You may view your order item in the shopping cart and click "Continue Shopping" button to select another items. Our online shopping store also provide wishlist and compare service. You may use our wishlist service to add your special demand for your order such as product's size, color, etc by select the "Add to wishlist" button. If you want to compare certain products before order, you may also click the "Add to compare" button to compare the product information in a side-by-side view.

3. Checkout

After all items are confirmed, click "Proceed to Checkout" button to place your order. Follow the checkout steps to fill up the billing and shipping details. Please ensure all details are correct before proceed to next step.

4. Payment method

The available payment methods is Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit. Please email us the transaction details together with your order number for our acknowledgement at service@ckbtfashion.com. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order to you the next working day.

5. Submit Order

Click 'submit' to submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation mail with the order details. We will process your delivery once the payment has been cleared within 3 working days. Items will be delivered to you within 5 days.



CHECK ORDER STATUS


Login your member account to check your order status:


After login to your member account, you may view your recent orders in your "Account Dashboard". You may also view your order history by click the "My Orders" link. The order list shows each order details with the order date and status. There are 3 types of order status:

i) Pending - the order is waiting for confirmation.

ii) Processing - the order is confirmed and invoice has been sent to the customer.

iii) Complete - the goods has been delivered to the customer.



PAYMENT METHOD


You can transfer the payment to our Maybank account directly
(e.g. Online Banking, ATM, Direct Deposit).

Goods will be delivered free of charge with any purchases of RM100 and above in a single receipt.

Delivery Times: Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

If order on Saturday or Sunday, the products will only be delivered on the next delivery day (Monday - Friday).



100% RETURN WARRANTY

The most common problems with online shopping is you're not receiving what you've expected it to be. In order for you to feel at peace of shopping, we provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless it's disactisfaction or defeated item.

Refund / Return Policy :

1. The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us

2. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in debig voucher which allow you to make same amount of deduction in your future order

3. Please make sure the item is not being and please retain the orignal packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted

4. Regarding the return delivery fees, please refer to the chart below

Change of mind / Not satisfied Paid by Buyer Buyer send back the item to us, once we receive it we will generate the same amount of voucher to the buyer
Goods Damaged Both party have to pay Please take a photo of a damage item and email to us. Please the damage is severe you will entitle for full claim, which you will get a voucher with the same amount of the item you purchased.

If it's just some scratches, we will also return you a voucher with certain amount based on the severity of the damage / scratches.

If buyer insists to exchange with a new item, buyer have to bare the delivery fees of sending back the original item to us, and we will pay the delivery fees for sending you a new item.
Wrong Delivery Paid by ckbtfashion If you receive something which is not ordered by you, Please inform us immediately! And send back the wrong item to us. Once we received the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by ckbtfashion. Similarly, we will pay back the delivery fees to you in voucher basis.
